Parties to the arbitration

In force

The parties to the arbitration are—

(a)

the proponent, the regulated operator and any interested third parties; and

(b)

any other person whose interests may be materially affected by the outcome of the arbitration and who is joined as a party to the arbitration by the arbitrator.
