86Z Confidentiality of information
(1)
A person who gives the arbitrator information, or produces documents, may ask the arbitrator to keep the information or the contents of the documents confidential.
(2)
The arbitrator may, after considering representations from the parties, impose conditions limiting access to, or disclosure of, the information or documentary material.
(3)
A person must not contravene a condition imposed under subsection (2). Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $75 000.
