13 Offences
A person must not –
remove, damage, deface or otherwise interfere with any building, monument, memorial or other fixture or structure in the cemetery; or damage, deface or otherwise interfere with any part of the grounds of the cemetery, including any plants, flowers or tokens placed in those grounds; or remove any plants or flowers that are growing in the cemetery; or in any manner, hinder or disturb the performance in the cemetery of any religious or cultural ceremony relating to the burial of human remains; or sell any thing in the cemetery without the permission of the Council; or carry on, promote or advertise a trade, profession or business in the cemetery without the permission of the Council; or commit any breach of the peace or nuisance, or otherwise behave in an offensive manner, in the cemetery.
Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
