8 Permission to erect monuments
The Council may, subject to the terms and conditions it considers necessary, permit a monument to be erected or placed in the cemetery.
A person must not erect or place a monument in the cemetery except in accordance with a permission of the Council granted under subregulation (1). Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
