37B Representation of person as licensed NEPT Service
A person who is not the holder of an NEPT licence must not –
claim, or imply, that he or she is the holder of an NEPT licence; or hold himself or herself out to be the holder of an NEPT licence.
Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units and, in the case of a continuing offence, a further fine not exceeding 10 penalty units for each day during which the offence continues.
