Provisions relating to employment

Current

The salaries, wages, and allowances payable to all persons appointed or employed pursuant to sections 14 and 15 shall be payable by the Commissioner out of the Commissioner's funds.

For the purposes of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 the Crown shall be deemed to be the employer of all persons appointed or employed pursuant to sections 14 and 15.
