39A Representation of person as paramedic
A person, other than a paramedic, must not present himself or herself in such a manner as to imply, or lead to the belief, that the person is a paramedic capable of providing ambulance services. Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
Unless otherwise authorised by the Commissioner, a person must not present his or her business in such a manner as to imply, or lead to the belief, that the business is staffed or operated by paramedics. Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
