30 Patient care records
The licensee of an NEPT Service must ensure that a patient care record is kept, in an approved form, in respect of each patient provided with non-emergency patient transport services by the Service.
A patient care record created in respect of a patient – must include – the patient assessment record for the patient; and the approved information; and is to include any other information that a crew member providing non-emergency patient transport services to the patient considers relevant.
