36 Fees
For the purposes of the Act, the fee specified in respect of an application referred to in Schedule 1 is the fee prescribed for the purposes of that application.
The Secretary may reduce, waive or refund all, or any part, of a fee prescribed under subregulation (1) if the Secretary considers it appropriate to do so in the circumstances.
