Infringement offences

In force

For the purposes of section 41B of the Act –

an infringement offence is an offence against a provision of the Act, or these regulations, specified in column 2 of the table in Schedule 2; and the penalty specified in column 3 of that table in relation to an infringement offence is the penalty payable for that offence.
