20 Accommodation to provide sufficient shelter and protection
A person who keeps pigs must ensure that each pig in the person’s care or charge is housed in accommodation that is constructed and maintained to provide sufficient protection for the pigs from injuries, predators and adverse weather.
In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units; or a natural person, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
