61 Acting on behalf of complainant
The Commissioner may authorise a person – nominated by a complainant to act on behalf of the complainant; or nominated by a respondent to act on behalf of the respondent.
The Commissioner may withdraw an authorisation if the Commissioner considers it appropriate to do so.
