67 Notification of acceptance of complaints
If the Commissioner accepts a complaint, the Commissioner, within 10 days of accepting it, is to –
notify the respondent of that acceptance; and provide the respondent with reasons for accepting the complaint; and give the respondent a copy of the complaint and a summary of the complaint.
