84 Amendment of complaints
The Tribunal may amend any complaint – that is made on behalf of a class of persons so that it can be dealt with as a representative complaint under section 82; or if it considers it just to do so in the circumstances.
If a complaint is amended, the Tribunal may make any order for costs it considers appropriate.
