86A Security for costs
On the application of a party to an inquiry or review, the Tribunal may at any time order – that another party to the inquiry or review give security for the applicant's costs within the time specified in the order; and if the Tribunal thinks fit, that proceedings in the inquiry or review be stayed until the security is given.
If the security for the applicant's costs is not given within the time specified in the order, the Tribunal may make an order dismissing the complaint as against the applicant.
