10 Adjournment of meeting
The chairperson may adjourn a meeting of the Board.
If a quorum is not present within half an hour after the time appointed for a meeting, the members present, or the Registrar if no member is present, may – adjourn the meeting; and arrange for the meeting to be held not later than 7 days after the day on which the meeting was adjourned.
