9 Voting at meetings
A member present at a meeting of the Board is eligible to vote at that meeting.
A question arising at a meeting of the Board is to be decided by – open voting; and a majority of votes.
If there are equal votes on any question, the chairperson has a casting vote.
The chairperson has a deliberative vote.
