Part 3Proceedings of Board
6 Meetings
The first meeting of the Board in any year is to be held at a time and place determined by the Board.
Any subsequent meeting of the Board in that year is to be held at a time and place determined by the chairperson.
Meetings of the Board or a committee are to be conducted in accordance with this Part.
