103 Application for individual permit
A person may apply to a relevant decision-maker for an individual permit under this Act.
An application must – be in the form approved by the relevant decision-maker; and include, or be accompanied by, all information or evidence required by the relevant decision-maker that is relevant to the application; and be accompanied by the prescribed fee, if any.
