106 Variation of individual permit
A relevant decision-maker may, at any time, vary an individual permit by written notice to the permit holder.
A variation of a permit under subsection (1) may be made – on the relevant decision-maker's own initiative; or on the application of the permit holder.
A variation of a permit under subsection (1) may include, but is not limited to – the imposition of a new condition on the permit; or the extension of the duration of the permit; or the substitution or amendment of a condition on the permit; or the removal of a condition from the permit.
The regulations may prescribe – the procedures for applying for a variation of a permit; and fees payable for such applications, including a fee for the reissue of the permit as varied.
