107 Application for renewal of individual permit
At least 28 days before the expiry of an individual permit, the permit holder may apply to a relevant decision-maker for the renewal of the permit.
An application under subsection (1) must – be in the form approved by the relevant decision-maker; and include, or be accompanied by, all information or evidence required by the relevant decision-maker that is relevant to the application; and be accompanied by the prescribed fee, if any.
If an application for renewal of an individual permit is made in accordance with this section and is not determined under section 108 before the expiry of the permit, the permit is taken to continue in force, unless otherwise suspended or cancelled, until the application is determined.
