212 Form of cost recovery orders
A cost recovery order is to –
specify the recoverable amount that is payable to the Secretary under the order; and specify the date by which payment of the recoverable amount is due, being a date that is not less than 30 days after the date on which the order is served on the person; and advise the person that, if the recoverable amount is not paid in full by the due date for payment, interest may be charged on the unpaid amount in accordance with section 213; and if the decision to issue the cost recovery order may be appealed to the Appeal Tribunal under this Act, advise the person of the appeal right.
