210 Recoverable amounts
Unless otherwise specified, for the purposes of this Act –
a fee or cost payable under this Act is a debt due and owing to the Secretary by the person who is liable to pay the fee; and such a fee or cost is recoverable by the Secretary in accordance with this Division.
