247 Burden of proof in certain circumstances
In proceedings for an offence under this Act, the obligation is on the defendant to prove –
that the defendant was exempt from a requirement imposed by or under this Act; or that the defendant was authorised by or under this Act to engage in any conduct so engaged in by the defendant.
