The relevant court may make one or more orders under this Division in respect of an offence under this Act.
Orders may be made under this Division in addition to any other penalty that may be imposed, or any other action that may be taken, in relation to the offence under this Act or any other Act.
Orders may be made under this Division regardless of whether any penalty is available and imposed, or other action is available and taken, in relation to the offence under this Act or any other Act.
