Biosecurity Act 2019

The relevant court may order the offender to take such steps as are specified in the order, within such time as is so specified or such further time that the relevant court, on application, may allow –

to prevent, eliminate, minimise, control or manage any biosecurity impact caused by the commission of the offence by the offender; or to rectify or make good any resulting biosecurity impact; or to prevent the continuance or recurrence of the offence by the offender.
