251 Prohibition orders
The relevant court may do one or more of the following in respect of an offender:order the offender not to deal with any specified biosecurity matter or thing or not to engage in any specified dealing with specified biosecurity matter; cancel, suspend or vary any biosecurity registration, permit, accreditation as a biosecurity certifier, appointment as a biosecurity auditor or approval as an accreditation authority held by the offender under this Act; extend any biosecurity undertaking given by the offender; order that the offender be not eligible to apply for biosecurity registration, a permit, accreditation as a biosecurity certifier, appointment as a biosecurity auditor or approval as an accreditation authority.
The relevant court may, in an order under this section, fix a period during which the order applies and impose any other requirements that the relevant court considers necessary or expedient for enforcement of the order.
