10 Appointment, &c., of coroners
The Governor may appoint persons as coroners for the purposes of this Act.
A coroner appointed under subsection (1) holds office during the Governor's pleasure.
A coroner is to be paid such fees, allowances and expenditure as may be prescribed by the regulations.
