174 Type of registration
If the Registration Board grants an application for registration as a school, it is to register that school as a school of a type providing one or more of the following:
kindergarten;
primary education for any specified ages;
secondary education for any specified ages;
senior secondary education;
special assistance education;
distance education;
education of a specified kind;
education for children of a specified kind;
boarding house or residence for students;
education mainly provided to students by a form of electronic communication, within the meaning of the Electronic Transactions Act 2000.
