Status of Gazette notices

In force

Except as otherwise expressly provided by this Act, a Gazette notice in respect of any matter under this Act is not –

a statutory rule for the purposes of the Rules Publication Act 1953; or subordinate legislation for the purposes of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1992.
