Explosives Act 2012

A notice or other document is effectively given to or served on a person under this Act if –

in the case of a natural person, it is – handed to the person; or left at, or sent by post to, the person's postal or residential address or place of business or employment last known to the giver or server of the notice or document; or faxed to the person's fax number; or emailed to the person's email address; and in the case of any other person, it is – left at, or sent by post to, the person's principal or registered office or principal place of business; or faxed to the person's fax number; or emailed to the person's email address.
