24 Blood and bone fertilizer
A fertilizer is a blood and bone fertilizer if it is made up of the following constituents:not less than 90% animal material; not less than 4.5% total nitrogen; not less than 5.0% total phosphorus; not more than 0.2% water-soluble nitrogen; not more than 0.5% water-soluble phosphorus.
The label, invoice or delivery docket in relation to a blood and bone fertilizer is to state the percentage of the total weight of the fertilizer which is not of animal origin.
