In the case of elemental sulphur that is intended to be applied other than from the air, 50% or more of the sulphur must be capable of passing through a 0.25 millimetre sieve.

In the case of elemental sulphur that is intended to be applied from the air, 30% or less of the sulphur must be capable of passing through a 0.25 millimetre sieve.
