11 Directions from Minister
The Minister may give written directions to the Commission regarding the performance and exercise of its functions and powers under this Act and the Commission must comply with any such directions.
The fact that the Minister has power to give directions to the Commission under this section or gives such directions does not have the effect of – making the Commission the servant or agent of the Crown for the purposes of this or any other Act; or conferring on the Commission any status, privilege, or immunity of the Crown.
