7A Chairperson of Commission
The Governor, on the recommendation of the Minister, is to appoint a person as chairperson of the Commission.
The chairperson is to be a person who the Minister considers will carry out the duties of chairperson in an independent and fair manner.
The chairperson holds office for the term, and on the conditions, specified in his or her instrument of appointment.
