111 Fishing apparatus on commercial fishing trips
During a fishing trip for taking scalefish for commercial purposes, a person must not possess on a fishing vessel, or use, fishing apparatus that is in excess of that authorised by an apparatus licence when taking scalefish under the authority of that apparatus licence. Grade 3 penalty.
Subrule (1) does not apply to fishing apparatus used, or possessed on board a fishing vessel, as authorised by a Commonwealth authority.
