Licence holdings for recreational fishing

Current

A person must not hold more than one of each of the following licences:fishing licence (recreational beach seine net); fishing licence (recreational graball net); fishing licence (recreational mullet net); fishing licence (recreational set line). Grade 3 penalty.

A person who has not attained the age of 10 years is not eligible to hold the following licences:fishing licence (recreational graball net); fishing licence (recreational mullet net); fishing licence (recreational set line).
