136 Prohibited use of mullet nets
A person must not set, or use, a mullet net in –
a shark refuge area; or
Bathurst Harbour east of an imaginary straight line from Turnbull Head to Milner Head; or
Macquarie Harbour; or
Robbins Passage; or
Recherche Bay west of an imaginary straight line from Sullivan Point to the navigation light on Fishers Point; or the waters within 200 metres of the mouth of the Scamander River; or
Southport.
Grade 2 penalty.
