22 Nets in State waters
A person must not use, or be in possession of, a net in State waters for the purpose of, or in connection with, taking scalefish. Grade 2 penalty.
Subrule (1) does not apply to the following nets:a gillnet; a beach seine net; a bait net; a landing net; a lampara net; a purse seine net; a cast net; a trawl net; a dipnet; a shark net.
