59 Possessing graball nets
A person who holds an appropriate authority must not, while on a fishing vessel in State waters, be in possession of a graball net if –
more than 1 800 metres of shark net are being used from, or carried on, the fishing vessel; or more than 1 000 hooks are being used from, or carried on, the fishing vessel.
Grade 3 penalty.
