Restricted areas to take octopus

The holder of a fishing licence (octopus) must not use an octopus pot in, or take an octopus from –

the waters in the north-west region specified in Part 1 of Schedule 6; or the waters in the north-east region specified in Part 2 of Schedule 6; or a shark refuge area.

Grade 3 penalty.
