Squid limits for holders of fishing licence (scalefish C)

Current

The holder of a fishing licence (scalefish C) must not take, or be in possession of, any more than 30 Gould's squid, or southern calamari, in total in State waters. Grade 3 penalty.

Subrule (1) does not apply to a person who holds both a fishing licence (scalefish C) and a fishing licence of class seine.
