17 Section 10 amended (Reservation of Crown land as permanent timber production zone land)
Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:
Subsection (1) does not apply to Crown land that is future potential production forest land.
The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Forest Management Act 2013.
