31 Section 3 amended (Interpretation)
Section 3(1) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
by inserting the following definition after the definition of fox:future potential production forest land has the same meaning as in the Forestry (Rebuilding the Forest Industry) Act 2014;
by inserting the following definition after the definition of partly protected wildlife:permanent timber production zone land has the same meaning as in the Forest Management Act 2013;
by inserting the following definition after the definition of special advisory committee:special species timber harvesting has the same meaning as in the Forestry (Rebuilding the Forest Industry) Act 2014;
The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Nature Conservation Act 2002.
