Schedule 1 to the Principal Act is amended as follows:

by omitting paragraph (e) from item 5 and substituting the following:

to provide for the controlled use of natural resources including special species timber harvesting, and including as an adjunct to utilisation of marine resources;

by omitting paragraph (b) from item 7 and substituting the following:

to provide for the controlled use of other natural resources including special species timber harvesting;

The amendments effected by this Part have been incorporated into the authorised version of the National Parks and Reserves Management Act 2002.
