100 Protection from liability
A Homes Tasmania director, the Homes Tasmania CEO, a Homes Tasmania employee, and a delegate of such a person, does not incur any personal liability in respect of any act, matter, or thing, done or omitted to be done, in good faith – in the performance or exercise, or purported performance or exercise, of a function or power under this Act or a function or power of Homes Tasmania under any other Act; or in the administration or execution, or purported administration or execution, of a provision of this Act.
A civil liability that would, but for subsection (1), lie against a person lies against the Crown.
