91 Commissioner of Police to respond to Integrity Commission
If the Integrity Commission requests the Commissioner of Police to take any action, or to conduct a further investigation, the Commissioner of Police must give a written response to the Integrity Commission stating – whether or not the Commissioner of Police proposes to take the action or conduct the further investigation; and if the Commissioner of Police proposes not to take the action or not to conduct the further investigation, the reasons for that decision.
Following the completion of any investigation under subsection (1), the Commissioner of Police is to report the outcome of that investigation to the Integrity Commission.
