24 Council or commissions may disclose certain allegations
In this section – allegations of criminal behaviour means information that has been obtained in the course of an examination, inquiry or hearing under this Act that – relates, or may relate, to the commission of an offence against a law of the State, the Commonwealth, another State or a Territory; and is, or may be, evidence of the commission of an offence against a law of the State, the Commonwealth, another State or a Territory.
The council or a commission may disclose, to the following persons, allegations of criminal behaviour if the council or commission is satisfied that the disclosure of the allegations is appropriate in the circumstances:the Attorney-General or the appropriate Minister of State for the Commonwealth, the other State or the Territory; or the Commissioner of Police.
