Costs and expenses of council and commissions

In force

The following costs and expenses incurred in, or in connection with, the conduct of the council or a commission under this Act are a charge on the Public Account and are payable out of the Public Account without further appropriation than this section:

the costs and expenses incurred in, or in connection with, the administration of the council or a commission under this Act;

the costs and expenses incurred in, or in connection with, an examination or inquiry held under this Act including, but not limited to, an amount of costs awarded under section 25.
