Parliamentary resolutions for commissions to be appointed

If both Houses of Parliament pass a resolution for an inquiry, into a matter that relates to a judicial officer, by a judicial commission –

the Minister must notify the council as soon as practicable of the resolution; and as soon as practicable after being so notified, the council must appoint a judicial commission to examine the complaint.
